Go City All-Inclusive Pass Paris:

With the All-Inclusive Pass from Go City you have to choose between 2, 3, 4 or 6 days durations. The 2-day and 3-day pass include around 30 attractions and tours like the Eiffel Tower via stairs, the observation deck at Tour Montparnasse, a hop-on hop-off bus tour, a Seine river cruise, a guided walk across Montmartre to the Sacré Coeur ... Together with the 4-day and 6-day pass you will get a Museum Pass. This package allows you to visit a total of about 80 attractions. Among the additional museums you will find the Louvre Museum, the Palace of Versailles, the Musée d'Orsay ... There is an upper limit for the total entrance fees* for each variant of the pass. The 4-day and 6-day All-Inclusive Pass consists of 2 parts. In addition to the usual mobile pass, you will receive a Paris Museum Pass by e-mail. The mobile pass is valid for the tours and some attractions. The Museum Pass includes, of course, the museums, but also the Palace of Versailles and some monuments such as the Arc de Triomphe. The most important sights such as the Eiffel Tower or the Louvre Museum are included from the Paris Passlib' City. The Palace of Versailles is unfortunately not included in any variant. Advantages are the quick availability of the pass in the form of an app and the long validity period of one year. Unfortunately, the layout and the possible selection are a bit complicated. With this challenging program you will not have too much time for all the stations. You should coordinate the different stations very well to each other. If you want to gain some time, you should visit the attractions with long opening hours in the evening: Seine River Cruise and the Montparnasse Tower viewing platform. This will give you more time for the individual attractions and positive Paris experiences.

Paris Pass 2 Days Sightseeing Price Comparison:

The program proposal for the Paris Pass is very similar to the All-Inclusive Pass program, as both passes offer mainly the same attractions. In this program, only the art pleasure of the Dali Paris Museum is replaced by the taste pleasures of the Chocolate Museum. Afterwards the calories can be worked off during the guided visit of the Eiffel Tower via the stairs. Again, good organization is important to manage this dense program.

Common Questions and Answers:

Which Paris Pass is worthwhile for the Eiffel Tower?

Only four of the Paris Passes tested offer the possibility to visit the Eiffel Tower. The Paris Explorer Pass includes a guided visit with an elevator. The sporty tourists can use the All-Inclusive Pass or the Paris Pass to climb about 700 steps on the Eiffel Tower at a guided tour. From the City version of the Paris Passlib' you get the option for a simple visit of the Eiffel Tower. If you only want to visit the Eiffel Tower, you can also buy cheap tickets directly on the Eiffel Tower website. The visit with elevator to the second level costs about 18.10 €.
So if you just want to visit the Eiffel Tower and no other attractions, a Paris city card is not worthwhile in terms of price. However, if it is more pleasant for you to visit the Eiffel Tower with a guide or if you want also to visit other attractions, then the above mentioned Paris passes can be interesting. At the beginning of the guided visit, you will meet the guide nearby the Eiffel Tower and then you do not need to take care of something else than to enjoy the unforgettable experience. You can also book a guided visit individually: Eiffel Tower Tickets Overview*.

Is a reservation necessary for certain attractions in Paris?

Yes. Currently, a pre-reservation is necessary for a lot of attractions and activities, even if you have a city pass for Paris. Reservations are usually made by e-mail or online directly on the website. Top attractions with a need for reservation are the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum and the Arc de Triomphe. Especially in the high season, you should make a reservation of a time slot for these popular attractions early enough. However, please check the specific visit instructions for all attractions, which you want to visit, at the pass provider.
When making your plans, please keep in mind that the Louvre is closed every Tuesday. A lot of museums and historic buildings in France are closed on Monday or Tuesday.

Is the public transportation in Paris included with the city passes?

Unfortunately, there are currently no city pass offers which include free public transportation. However, it is very easy to buy a season ticket for several days on site. The Paris Visite travel pass is at least valid for zones 1 to 3. Within these zones you may use the metro, trams, buses and trains of RER and SNCF Transilien in Paris. Most of the famous attractions are located in these 3 zones. An exception is the Palace of Versailles, which is located in the zones 4 to 5.

Which Paris Pass includes a free airport transfer?

Even if the public transport is included in the offer, you may only travel in the area of the zone 1 to 3. Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports are located in Zone 4 to 5. Therefore, Paris Passes do not usually include an airport transfer.
