What is the price of the Vienna City Card?

The basic version of the Vienna Card includes free use of public transportation and discounted prices to many attractions and museums in Vienna. The basic version can be extended by the add-ons hop-on hop-off bus and/or an airport transfer for an additional charge. In the following list you will find the validity period for the different advantages:*

When and how can I activate the Vienna City Card?

Before you can use your Vienna City Card you need to activate it online. After ordering the card, you can activate it immediately for the desired time period in a menu during the ordering process. But you will also receive a confirmation e-mail with a link for activation. If you do not know the exact time of use, you have the opportunity to activate your card with this link within 6 months after ordering.

During the activation of the card, you have to select in which form you want to use it. You may choose either the -Print at Home- or the -Mobile App- variant. If you select the -Print at Home- variant, you must print the ticket and the city card on an A4 sheet.
